He claimed Halpern looted but there was nothing to loot. halpern drew no money for many years. Accruing Salary and Interest was a S.E.C. legal requirement that didn't pay off for Halpern. Now however, due to many unforeseen events in Halpern's favor, there is going to be a giant cost and liability to Vechery.

Vechery's pathetic CAMPAIGN HAS INCLUDED HIRING PRIVATE EYES TO ILLEGALLY FIND and HARASS INNOCENT FAMILY MEMBERs, FRIENDS, and investors and then having criminal bashers make death-threats and promises of jail which they unwittingly Documented with a clear trail of their own evidence against themselves. Case precedents over the past 20 years that have resulted, in part, from Halpern's own previous battle victories, have made what Vechery has engaged in a crime now punishing others with criminal convictions and long term jail sentences. be warned, this is not puffery. it is hard core reality.

Halpern's incredible inventory of positive accomplishments will be matched here against an enormous inventory of bad deeds by Vechery, Kapp, and a host of their associate criminals, who collectively have never had even one notable positive accomplishment among the entire lot of their sorry arses.

Turner had other problems with finra, and so did his parent company Glendale Securities, which was aware of his insanity. But gave up a long time ago, trying to talk him down off his lunatic ledge.
